Bill Rappleye

President and CEO

Has served in leadership positions and possesses a unique talent for empowering groups to achieve at higher levels as well as bringing diverse groups together to achieve common goals. He has a very well developed sense of organizational improvement and has excelled at improving every project, and organization he has been associated with. His visionary leadership skills are well known and recognized along the Wasatch front.

Born in Twin Falls Idaho, graduated from Twin Falls High School, attend the College of Southern Idaho, studied design and graphics arts, completing that education at LaSalle University and later, completing his business education through the TCI Corporate Business program. Married to Mary F. Foss and has three children.

Business Experience; Commercial Construction industry, filling positions from laborer to superintendent. Cable Television industry, earning awards and accolades in roles ranging from; contract installer, sales and operations manager, area customer service executive and state physical asset management executive. 2002 hired on as a telecom manager for the Salt Lake Olympic Organizing Committee managing the Peaks hockey venue in Provo. Chief Executive Officer for the Draper Utah Chamber of Commerce.

2004 he formed the Healthy Draper non-profit corporation raising more than a quarter of a million dollars for healthy community programs and projects in Draper Utah. Organized an executive leadership program (VLR). Consisting of local businesses owners and executives who meet monthly to discuss ways to restructure, improve, and energize their own operations, as well as supporting a better, stronger community,

Community service; ten years Draper City Planning Commission member, four years as Chairman. Founding board member of the Draper-Riverton Rotary Club, fourteen years board member Volunteers of America. Fifteen years; Director of Public Relations, Earned two President’s Volunteer Service Awards, Employer Outreach Director and Training Director for the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve(ESGR) Utah State Committee, an office of the U.S. Department of Defense, Draper City Council Member serving two terms. Worked hard to enhance fiscal, organizational and community development systems in Draper city.

Lorraine Myers

Chief Administrative Officer

Lorraine has 25 years of production art experience. She worked for 15 years in the ZCMI advertising department and also worked for Publicis and Thomas Arts Advertising Agencies.

In 2008 she and her husband opened a transmission repair shop in Draper. The business immediately joined the Draper Chamber and Lorraine was an active member until she sold the business in 2015. Lorraine's business earned the Customer Service Award for several years and also earned the Business of the Year Award for 2011. Lorraine served on the Chamber Board of Directors and was Chairman of the Board for 2012.

After selling the business Lorraine came to work part-time at the Chamber as the Chief Administrative Officer. She is also a full-time employee at the Draper RC Willey in flooring sales and is an income tax preparer. Lorraine holds an Associate Degree from Salt Lake Community College and a Bachelors Degree from the University of Utah.
